Merilampi represented a fund managed by Sentica Partners Oy and key personnel of Puuilo Oy in the sale of their stake in discount retailer Puuilo Oy to funds managed by Adelis Equity Partners. Puuilo Oy's key personnel will continue as significant owners in the company.

Puuilo was founded in 1982 and is one of the leading discount retailers in Finland. The fast growing company has 15 stores throughout Finland and a webstore. The company employs 240 people and has annual sales of approximately EUR 75 million.
