Merilampi represented Dieta Oy’s shareholders in the sale of the company’s entire share capital to a company founded by Finnish private equity investor MB Funds. Dieta Oy owns the majority of its subsidiaries Dietatec Oy, Coffeeplace Oy, Dieta AS and Assi AS.

Dieta is a leading manufacturer, importer and distributor of professional kitchen equipment in Finland. Dieta Group has total net sales of approximately EUR 33 million, and it employs 150 people.
