We are pleased to announce that our Transaction Practice has been further strengthened with the appointment of Jesse Pehu as an Associate. Jesse joined Merilampi as a Trainee in autumn 2024 and recently graduated with a Master of Laws. He will be advising our clients in corporate and real estate transactions as well as matters related to corporate law.

"During my traineeship, I had the opportunity to work on a wide range of assignments and tasks. As the Trainee period progressed, I was able to take on more responsibility in line with my growing experience and competence. Toward the end of my studies, the idea of continuing my career at Merilampi began to take shape. Fortunately, the interest was mutual, and I was offered a position in our Transaction Practice team following graduation. I’m sincerely happy and excited to continue as a part of the Merilampi team.”
