Merilampi advised Koskisen Group in negotiating and drafting contracts and in project finance for a significant investment project, the largest in the Koskisen Group’s history. Koskisen will carry out an investment to a state-of-the-art wood processing unit in Kärkölä. Total value of the investment is around EUR 48 million and the production is scheduled to start up during summer 2023.
