Merilampi represented Kestra Kiinteistöpalvelut Oy in an arbitration in which Voimaosakeyhtiö SF petitioned the court of arbitration to confirm that Kestra Kiinteistöpalvelut Oy's notification to Voimaosakeyhtiö SF regarding participation in the further financing of the Fennovoima project was binding on Kestra Kiinteistöpalvelut Oy. The court of arbitration dismissed Voimaosakeyhtiö SF's claims in an arbitration award rendered on 10 January 2017.
