Minimising Risks in Arbitration

The seminar provides a practical overview of how companies can minimise various risks associated with the different stages of commercial arbitration – from drafting the arbitration clause to taking the right steps when a dispute emerges and escalates and ensuring the efficient conduct of the proceedings. We will also share guidance on best practices for collaboration between the client and external counsel and discuss anonymised real-life examples – both good and bad – drawn from our experience.

The seminar will feature presentations by Antti Karanko (Partner) and Emil Melén (Associate Partner) from Merilampi's Dispute Resolution team.
