Merilampi represented Aikakausmedia ry to get a positive preliminary ruling from the Finnish Tax Administration regarding planned structural arrangements.

Finnish Magazine Media Association (Aikakausmedia ry) membership comprises nearly 250 publishers of consumer magazines, professional and organizational magazines and customer magazines. All major magazine publishers in Finland are members of FMMA. The members of FMMA publish nearly 500 print magazines and/or online publications. The main functions of the association are promoting the interests of publishers, marketing and research of the industry, education services for our members, and media education.
