Merilampi represented Anticimex Oy in a transaction where Anticimex Oy acquired the Nopest pest control business from Evju Invest Oy. Anticimex Oy is the largest service provider in the pest control industry in Finland and is part of the international Anticimex Group which operates in 21 countries. With the acquisition, Anticimex Oy further expands its service network in Finland.
