Sakari Aalto returns to Merilampi Attorneys. Aalto, who focuses in particular on legal questions concerning data protection, technology and IPR, starts at Merilampi on 15 August 2016.
Sakari Aalto, 45, (LL.Lic), has extensive experience in data protection and technology law. Aalto worked as a partner on Merilampi’s Technology team in 2010 – 2013 and prior to that as a partner at Roschier Attorneys for eight years. Before returning to Merilampi, Aalto worked as the head of licensing and legal at Uretek, a company specialising in providing solutions to problems of sinking and settling foundations.

Working as a lawyer at an international technology company pursuing a strong growth path has given me new perspectives on the role of the legal issues in corporate business.
