Merilampi successfully represented Pihlajalinna — The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority approved the acquisition of Pohjola Hospital by Pihlajalinna

The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA) has unconditionally approved the acquisition of Pohjola Hospital by Pihlajalinna. Merilampi represented Pihlajalinna.

In the acquisition, the entire stock of shares of Pohjola Hospital will be transferred to Pihlajalinna. The net debt-free cash price of the transaction has already been announced at EUR 31.8 million.

With the acquisition, Pihlajalinna’s service network will expand significantly not only to the capital region but also to other growth centers.
