We represented Lassila & Tikanoja plc in the sale of its subsidiary L&T Korjausrakentaminen Oy to Recover Nordic Group. L&T Korjausrakentaminen is a company specialising in damage repair and renovation services. Following the transaction, the company will continue to operate under the name Recover Nordic Korjausrakentaminen Oy.
Recover Nordic Group is the Nordic market leader in damage repair and renovation services. As a result of the transaction, the company will be the market leader in the Finnish market as well. In 2018, the combined turnover of L&T Korjausrakentaminen and Recover Nordic Finland was approximately EUR 45 million, and they employ nearly 350 people.
