Merilampi represented Hartela in the sale of an office property to be built in Ilmala Helsinki to Union Investment.
The object of the sale is an approximately 17,000 gross square meter office building to be completed in 2024. The office building is centrally located in the office building cluster near the Ilmala railway station.
