Henrik specialises in the identification, acquisition, enforcement and commercialisation of intellectual property. He has extensive experience with a wide variety of questions related to IP, such as portfolio management, strategic planning, enforcement, brand protection and dispute resolution. He also frequently advises clients regarding IP matters in transactions and in employment contexts as well as in regulatory and marketing law matters.

Henrik serves as domain name panelist and a Committee member at INTA. He is also a European Trademark Attorney.
