The firm is widely respected in the market and represents the same straight-forward, no-nonsense approach to business law that I personally apply in my day-to-day work. Especially in the construction sector, clients recognise the advisors with a genuine understanding of their business, and appreciate clear, hands-on advice. Our team at Merilampi is ideally positioned to offer pragmatic and efficient service in all aspects of projects most critical to our clients in the field – be it contract management, transaction or dispute related advice,” Emma Niemistö states.

Emma is a versatile and dynamic expert, who will be an excellent complement to our Real Estate and Construction and Dispute Resolution practice groups. Her background in a construction company and a Master of Science in Technology degree give Emma an inherent ability to provide the type of practical and customer-oriented solutions which are highly valued by our clients,” explains Managing Partner Jussi Ikonen.
