The hierarchy in our office is very low and as a Trainee you also get tasks directly from our partners.

Trainee-program
As a Trainee, you will have an important role assisting our lawyers. You will assist in drafting contracts and other legal documents. You will search for information, translate and research in various projects. You will follow legislation and legislative changes and their impacts on our and our clients’ work.
- Duration of the trainee period is 9–12 months
- Trainee period begins in either August/September or January
- Trainees work 2–3 days a week
Our Trainee program is designed for law students nearing the end of their studies. You are well suited to work as a Trainee in our team if you have an ambitious attitude and you are willing to show your skills. This position requires strong skills in oral and written Finnish and English. Other language skills and previous experience from law firms are also assets.
Junior Trainee -program
As a Junior Trainee, you get to work in our Service Pool together with our assistants and administration. Tasks include assisting with different assignments, various office affairs and messenger tasks, taking care of our meeting rooms and office reception as well as other customer service tasks.
- Duration of the trainee period is approximately 12 months
- Trainee period begins in either August/September or January
- Junior Trainees work 2–3 days a week
