Satu-Anneli Kauranen advises our clients in questions related to EU and competition law. She has experience in international merger notifications, including the coordination of multi-jurisdictional merger filings, as well as assignments relating to cartels and the abuse of dominant position on the market. Further, Satu-Anneli has a wide experience in EU regulatory law. She has advised a number of companies and trade associations on matters concerning chemicals (REACH Regulation and biocides), the environment, food and product safety.
