Sakari Aalto specializes in transactions, disputes and regulatory issues involving the different aspects of IT, telecommunications, technology and intellectual property. He is regularly involved in negotiations on commercialization arrangements, sourcing transactions, patent, copyright and trademark licensing, and the settlement of related disputes. He also frequently represents companies in disputes in these fields as well as advises clients on data protection matters.
