Tapio Väätäinen has extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation, as well as in arbitration. He also represents our clients in proceedings before other authorities. Beyond the above-mentioned areas of law, Tapio´s expertise covers insolvency issues, labour law and matters related to intellectual property rights, particularly to trade marks and copyrights, as well as tort and contract law.

Since 2001 Tapio has been a member of law and tax committee of Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Finnish Intellectual Property Rights Association and the Finnish Competition Law Association.
