Pekka Merilampi is one of the founding partners of our office. Pekka Merilampi has versatile experience in various corporate law commissions, mergers & acquisitions, public offers, securities transactions and corporate governance work. He serves regularly as a chairman in the general meetings of major listed companies in Finland.

Pekka Merilampi is a member of the Arbitration Board of Central Chamber of Commerce. Previously he has acted as a chairman in a working group for corporate governance recommendations related to the new Companies Act set by the Confederation of Finnish Industry and Employers, Central Chamber of Commerce and OMX Nordic Exchange.
