Jussi Ikonen specializes in commercial litigation and arbitration. He has acted as a counsel in several major domestic and international arbitrations. Jussi has profound knowledge and experience of a vast variety of cases arising out of e.g. contract law, tort law and liability issues. His practice covers also ADR and white-collar crime related matters. Jussi is also familiar with cases concerning labour law, interim measures, squeeze-out proceedings (redemption of minority shares under the Companies Act) and construction law related issues. Jussi is accredited as a mediator by the Finnish Bar Association. He is also a member of the Finnish Arbitration Association.
