Merilampi and Veikko Palotie & Co merged 1.9.2010

Veikko Palotie & Co Attorneys at Law Ltd merged with Merilampi Attorneys Ltd., 1 September 2010. Merilampi is now able to offer you the services of near 40 lawyers specialized in a number of different fields of law. The ongoing client projects will continue as originally planned. The merger will strengthen Merilampi’s existing legal teams and add media and sports law to our recently established Technology and Intellectual Property team. In addition, Veikko Palotie & Co’s expertise will complement Merilampi’s construction and real estate field, where Veikko Palotie & Co has been one of the leaders in Finland for a number of years. “The merger will strengthen the versatile and complex legal services required by our client companies.
