Peab Ltd. Has won the first group complaint tried in Finland
Merilampi represented Peab Ltd. in the first group complaint tried by the Finnish Consumer Ombudsman. The group complaint concerned the information regarding maintenance costs provided by Peab Ltd. in connection with sales of new housing. On April 17, 2012, the Consumer Disputes Board unanimously dismissed all claims brought by the Finnish Consumer Ombudsman.» Read more
