Merilampi represented Skanska in the acquisition of Soraset Yhtiöt Ltd.
Merilampi Attorneys Ltd. represented both Skanska Infra Ltd. and Soraset Yhtiöt Ltd. in the acquisition of Soraset Yhtiöt Ltd’s entire share capital. Soraset Yhtiöt Ltd. is a well-known Finnish construction company. The Finnish Competition Authority (FCA) approved the acquisition on 26 October 2011.
