Merilampi represented Takoma Systems Ltd in the acquisition of TL-Tuotanto Ltd’s business operations

Merilampi Attorneys Ltd. represented engineering works group Takoma Plc’s subsidiary Takoma Systems Ltd in the acquisition of hydraulics and automation systems specialist TL-Tuotanto Ltd’s entire business operations. As a result of the transaction, Takoma Components‘ business operations expand to designing and delivering complete hydraulic systems and control automation needed in them.
