Merilampi Attorneys Ltd. represented Ramirent Finland Oy as it acquired the entire share capital of Suomen Sääsuoja Oy from Pekkaniska Oy and the management of the company. Merilampi represented Suomi Mutual in the sale of Fennia Quarter

Merilampi Attorneys Ltd. represented Suomi Mutual Life Assurance Company in the sale of Fennia Quarter to a property investment company Sponda Plc. Deal value was MEUR 122, of which MEUR 22 was paid by means of a directed share issue to the seller. Fennia Quarter is located in the Helsinki Central Business District and in total it has approximately 25,500 m² of office space and approximately 14,200 m² of retail space. Merilampi Attorneys Ltd. represented Etera Mutual Insurance Company and SUOMEN ITSENÄISYYDEN JUHLARAHASTO in the sale of office property located in Itämerentori 2, Helsinki, to Exilion Real Estate I Ky managed by Exilion Capital Oy.
