Perhaps the most well known area of our expertise is the corporate law sector.
We advise our clients regularly on a variety of complex company law questions.
Our partners and other lawyers have been extensively involved, as committee members and otherwise, in preparing, developing and discussing the Finnish Companies Act regulating limited liability companies. Further, our partners have been closely involved in preparing and developing the new Corporate Governance recommendations for Finnish listed companies that came into force in 2004.
