Merilampi is known for its expertise in the corporate law sector, especially in legal matters relating to corporate administration.

Our partners are regularly used as chairmen in the general meetings of large listed companies in Finland and have been closely involved in preparing and developing the new Corporate Governance code for Finnish listed companies.
